Sunshine, for a while

Just back from a visit to Florida where we were lucky enough to get tans and stay warm for a bit.

Turn, turn, turn

It is my birthday today, Easter Sunday, the start of my last year in my 50s. The sun is already shining, the day to be warm and gorgeous. I had my hair cut very short yesterday, a bit dramatic, and in this photo, still a bit bed-heady, but hey, I took the photo at 5:30 AM! The beautiful scarf is a gift from a friend.

A good Good Friday: East coast beach walk to puddle jumping in Dawson

We took Honey to the beach for a quiet walk and met friends and neighbours, and Honey met friendly dogs. Meanwhile, in Dawson City, Yukon, a little girl experiences the bliss of spring time puddle jumping.
